Commercial developer C.E. John has released three new renderings of Hazel Dell Marketplace, a Safeway-anchored shopping center that is currently being redeveloped.
C.E. John is in the midst of adding more than 60,000 square feet of new retail space to the center, including a handful of new buildings. The center is located at 408 NE 81st Street in Vancouver. A façade upgrade of all existing shop spaces is planned for late 2015.
The company announced last week that a new Wendy’s restaurant, Sports Authority and Marshalls are all expected to open at Hazel Dell Marketplace within the next year or so.
